·Give all the images that are necessary for reference (this could include poses, expressions and obviously character ref)

·All final artworks will have my signature or name.

PAYMENTS 🍒

·Additional characters will have a cost of $5 each.

·I´m open to do complex backgrounds for additional charge. (cost will depend on complexity.)

REVISIONS 🍒

·I´ll be sending the first sketch on the same week that the comm was made, please indicate as much corrections as you think it´ll need. From there on, you´ll have 4 more revisions to add or specify more detailed things.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY 🍒

·Estimated time is approximately 3 weeks. the time will be lengthened or shortened depending on the details and complexity of the drawing.

·In case the delivery date is delayed, you will be inform in advance.

·Once I´m finished the drawing will be send via email or I´ll send you a link to a driver folder with it. HD png format.

USE 🍒

·I reserve the right to upload the drawing to my social networks as well as use it as a sample for my portafolio. Every commision uploaded on my socials will have a "commission" watermark. You can ask me to not upload it on socials, but I will be uploading it on my portafolio.

·It´s extremley prohibited to erease my signature or name from the drawing.

·Do not use the final piece for NFTs or IAs.

·It´s prohibited to use my illustrations for commercial purposes. If you´re going to print them, please only do for your personal use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 🍒

·I keep all copyright over commisioned artworks.

REFUNDS 🍒

·Refounds will only be given if one of these two were to happen:

- If you as a costumer asks for it, only if your drawing is in early stage. (sketch)

- If I´m no able to proceed on your commission any longer.
